We encourage members to attend Annual General Assemblies whenever possible. The Annual General Assembly is usually held on the first Sunday in November.
Members are also welcome to attend meetings of the Administrative Council, however these are currently held according to need and are not planned sufficiently far in advance for much notice to be given.

We recommend you use a good map - we use the Anavasi maps.
Our original inspiration came from Nikos Haratsis' book "A hiker's guide to Mount Pelion: routes on cobbled lanes and paths on the Centaurs' mountain" published in Greek and English by Epikoinonia in Volos in 1995 (ISBN: 9789608446045), and still available to buy from some bookshops and stationers in Volos.
Several local businesses and individuals offer services and discounts to members of the Friends of the Kalderimi.
Click here to see and download more information about the business or individual and the services or discounts which they offer.
Please make sure you have your membership card with you when ask for discount.
Here you will find links to a copy of the original 2008 Constitution for the Friends of the Kalderimi in both Greek and English (the English version is not an official translation so for information only), together with the proposed changes to the constitution which were approved at the Annual General Assembly in November 2018 (also in Greek and English).
There are many other groups in the Pelion area who are dedicated to protecting and improving the environment, encouraging local people old and young to get involved in looking after the beautiful Pelion countryside, clearing and cleaning the old kalderimi and other routes, removing obstructive vegetation and litter and then simply enjoying walking along these paths.
Below are just a few of these groups some members of which regularly join us on cleaning projects and all of whom have sites well worth visiting if you are interested in this area of outstanding natural beauty:
